San Francisco
Food & Drinks:
Arsicault
best croissant I’ve ever eaten and I still daydream about my experiences there
Tartine
Salt & Straw
so many fun flavors and had to personally restrain myself from trying more than two flavors which was already pushing it
Zazie
french food
dined here with a situationship and boyfriend of 3 days
ordered a burger and fries and it was sooo yummy
Taishoken
Dined here with my brother & (his now fiance) Giselle
Having previous work experience at a michelin-recognized ramen restaurant and as a self-proclaimed ramen junkie I would definitely recommend this joint to anyone in SF craving a warm or cold bowl of noodles
The appetizers were quickly served and kept us busy until the star of the show arrived
Rooster & Rice
my friend Thomas picked me up from SFO and brought me to one of his fave eateries
The simplicity, homey-ness, and convenience of this meal makes it a perfect competitor for the Sweetgreens and Cava of this world - I would invest in Rooster & Rice if it were to hit the stock market
Beit Rima
arabic food
no reservations - might be a wait but it goes by quickly
community seating, bar seating, & some individual tables
multiple locations in the city - each one just as yum as the next
generous portions, delicious hummus, comforting x10
Radhaus
german cuisine
delicious appetizers - great for catch up with friends
great beer
large windows overlooking the bay
Bar Iris
Lychee Martini
visited this place on a bar hopping date and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, service, and drinks at this place
Parks:
Buena Vista Park
this park feels like a sweet escape from the city
short walk to the peak of the park which provides a sweeping view of the Golden Gate Bridge
Golden Gate Park
when living in SF, I ran through this park countless times
love the different routes that this park provides
such fun people watching
people dancing, playing the piano, playing table tennis, playing soccer, reading, living their best life
walking through the park from east to west takes you to sunset beach
Sunset Beach
A much more relaxed feel compared to the rest of SF
great surf spot, beach volleyball spot, running spot or just a lounge spot
truly a spot for all
Sutro Baths
while at sunset beach, sutro baths are a must visit to view at the very least
if you’re feeling like hiking there’s a woody hiking trail closeby with a parking lot for easy access
